This exquisite sequin artwork depicts dancing ribbons, and floral motifs in a fluid rippling water-like formation. The softly coloured embellishment is made up of countless tiny glittering sequins. This ethereal gown has a soft V-shaped neckline and romantic frill sleeves with the signature Needle & Thread tulle ruffles.
